Braised Pork Trotters with Sauce

Soak the trotters in cold water.

The quail eggs are cooked and shelled for later use.

Put the pig's trotters into the boiling pot and blanch them, remove them and drain the water.

From the frying pan, put the green onion, ginger, and aniseed into the pan until fragrant.

Stir-fry with sweet noodle sauce.

Stir-fry pig's trotters in a pot and stir fry with cooking wine

Add proper amount of boiling water, add a few slices of lemon, and simmer on low heat after boiling.

When the trotters are 6 or 7 minutes old, put the quail eggs into the pot and braise them, and stir fry at the right time.

When the pig's feet are simmered to 9 minutes, add salt and adjust to high heat to collect the soup.

1. This dish is mainly flavored with sauce, and should not be too many kinds of seasonings.
