Braised Pork Trotters with Soybeans
1.
Wash the pig's feet and cut into pieces. Pour some cooking wine into the pot under cold water. Remove the pig's feet when the water is about to boil.
2.
The pig's trotters are cold, washed and set aside. Soybeans that have been soaked in advance are usually soaked for more than five hours.
3.
Heat up the oil and add the green onions, ginger, and pepper.
4.
Add rock sugar, Pixian bean paste, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce. All spices continue.
5.
Add the trotters and continue to stir fry.
6.
Pour the soybeans and put a little old extract color.
7.
The water that has left the pig's feet is boiled on a high fire.
8.
The small fire is slowly stuffy and needs to be turned from time to time to prevent sticking to the pot.
9.
Simmer for an hour. Collect the juice over the fire.
