Bracken was very popular for a while when I was a child. Everyone rushed to eat this wild vegetable with the reputation of "longevity vegetable", but then some experts and scholars said that bracken would cause cancer if eaten, so that the hot wind of eating bracken became cold. Some people have said that they will never eat bracken anymore. In fact, I personally think that in today's food safety outbreak, as long as there is a correct way of eating this kind of natural food, there is no major problem with eating some properly. Plants and trees are all soldiers.

Braised Pork with Bracken

1. Prepare bracken, pick and wash

2. Put the pickled and washed bracken in boiling water and blanch it, remove it from cold water, and cut into sections for later use

3. Prepare the seasoning and pork belly, and blanch the pork belly in a pot under cold water

4. After blanching, remove the foam and fish out, and cut the meat into chunks

5. Pour vegetable oil in the pot, add chopped green onion and pork belly, stir fry, and stir-fry the dried meat to get a little oil

6. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce and cooking wine to color and stir fry, add bracken and red pepper

7. Add water after stir-frying, the water is about to be dried, and you can take it out of the pot
