Braised Pork with Egg

Cut the pork belly into pieces, slice ginger, and tie the green onions into knots.

Heat oil, pour in pork belly and stir fry.

Stir-fry until traveling, add chopped rock flakes and sugar and fry until melted.

Pour in the light soy sauce and stir fry until it is colored.

Add appropriate amount of hot water.

Add star anise, green onions, and ginger to a boil over high heat, turn to medium heat and simmer.

The eggs are cooked and shelled.

Simmer until half of the juice is left and add the eggs.

Simmer over low heat until the juice is collected.

Tips:
Soy sauce is enough to taste, no need to add salt. If you like to simmer, add more water. You can choose pork belly or plum meat as the meat is tender.
