Braised Pork with Egg

Wash the eggshells, then add water to the pot, bring the water to a boil, turn to a low heat for 7 minutes, and cook the eggs.

Wash the small ribs, then put in water, bring to a boil on high heat, and remove the foam. Remove the ribs, change 2 tablespoons of water, add ginger slices and bring to a boil.

After the boiled eggs are cooked, pour out the hot water, change the cold water, and then remove the shells and set aside

Put the cooked egg into the meat pot, add the green onions, ginger, cooking wine, and soy sauce to soak for 20 minutes, turning a few times in the middle, so that the color is even and the taste is even.

After soaking, turn to medium-low heat, add sugar and simmer for 15 minutes, then collect the juice on high heat and serve it on the plate. Stir fry to avoid sticking the bottom.
Tips:
Put it after the sugar, it will not stick to the pot easily. Boil the hard-boiled eggs on a small fire for a long time but will not burst the shells.
