Braised Pork with Potatoes

Ingredients: meat, potatoes, aniseed, cinnamon, carrots

Potatoes and carrots cut into pieces, ginger slices

Meat in water, remove and drain

Put less oil in the pan, add the meat and stir-fry for a while, add the ingredients, cinnamon, and ginger slices. Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Pour boiling water into the pot, boil, put the cooking wine (the cooking wine is boiled in water, the steam will take away the smell of the meat, and also reduce the taste of the wine) and simmer for 20 minutes on medium and low heat

Tips:
Generally, pork belly is used for roasting, but the cooking woman does not pick the ingredients. I don't want to burn meat temporarily, so I go to the vegetable market to buy it temporarily. It's about what's in the refrigerator, depending on what you can make, act immediately.
The roasted leg meat is not as soft as the pork belly, but it's all OK. Carrots are here because they are alone, so they take them out to add color. In fact, many ingredients can be used for roasting meat.
The elderly in my family have diabetes, so unless I specialize in sweet and sour or fish flavour, I don’t put sugar in basic other dishes, but the braised pork with sugar is more delicious, you can add it appropriately.
