Braised Pork with Southern Milk

Put the washed pork belly in a pot under cold water, add 1-2 garlic cloves and star anise, and boil the water for about five minutes.

Rinse the foam and put it on a plate, as well as ginger garlic, southern milk, bay leaf, star anise cinnamon, red dates, wolfberry, rock sugar for later use.

Pour into an oil-heated pan, add rock sugar and stir fry until it is sugar-colored, then pour in pork belly and stir fry.

Add water to the meat, add ginger, garlic, bay leaves, star anise, cinnamon, wolfberry, red dates and boil over high heat. Add southern milk juice, light soy sauce and cooking wine. Simmer for two hours on low heat.

Put the sauce in the pot and put it on the plate, and the braised pork with braised southern milk is ready.
Tips:
1. Fry the meat over a low fire with rock sugar color, and the skin is crispy and not burnt. (You can also add spices and fry together)
2. Appropriate amount of boiled water should not be wiped over the meat, and there is no need to start the pot many times.
