Tips:

You can try the salty taste during the stewing. If it is too light, you can add some salt. Because soy sauce and fermented bean curd juice contain salt, I usually don't add salt. Check the juice collection before turning off the heat. If there is too much juice, it is recommended to turn to high heat to collect the juice.
