Braised Potato Chips

Wash the potatoes, peel them, and cut them into thin and even slices.

Add celery leaves and stir-fry a few times in the oil.

Add potatoes and stir-fry evenly, add salt, thirteen-flavored, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Add appropriate amount of water, turn to medium and low heat for 10 minutes, then turn to high heat to collect the juice.
