Braised Potato Chips

I prepared two potatoes, slice them first, then put some salt in the water and let them dry!

Dice the prepared chives and set aside

Dice ginger and set aside

Without pouring oil into the pot, pour the potato chips into the pot first, and turn it over when the water dries!

Pour a little oil (it must be a little) and fry until the noodles are browned

Fry it like this, put it on a plate, then pour oil into the pot, add chives, ginger, stir-fry, then pour in the fried potato chips, pour in the cooking wine, then pour in the mushroom soy sauce, and stir-fry! Put another bowl of water, cover and simmer for 5 minutes!
