Braised Potato Sirloin

Change the sirloin with a knife, cut the ginger, onion and garlic, and put in the peppercorns, set aside

Put cold water into the sirloin

Add a little cooking wine and blanch it

Remove the blood and rinse off

Pour a little more oil in a hot pan, add ginger, shallot, garlic and peppercorns until fragrant

Add special braised beef ingredients and sauté until fragrant

Stir-fry the red oil, and the fragrance

Pour the blanched sirloin

Stir fry until the sirloin is evenly coated with sauce

Add appropriate amount of water, so that the sirloin is not over, bring to a boil on high heat, and simmer on low heat for about an hour

After the sirloin is simmered, add the potato wedges

Stir-fry evenly, simmer for about ten minutes, the potatoes are just cooked

Put a little parsley in the pot to garnish and enhance the flavor
Tips:
Heart-warming reminder: Because all the flavors are in the braised beef sauce, I didn't add any more seasonings. The color and flavor are all there, so if you want to add any seasoning, please taste it and then increase it appropriately!
