Braised Potato Sirloin

1. Change the sirloin with a knife, cut the ginger, onion and garlic, and put in the peppercorns, set aside

2. Put cold water into the sirloin

3. Add a little cooking wine and blanch it

6. Add special braised beef ingredients and sauté until fragrant

9. Stir fry until the sirloin is evenly coated with sauce

10. Add appropriate amount of water, so that the sirloin is not over, bring to a boil on high heat, and simmer on low heat for about an hour

11. After the sirloin is simmered, add the potato wedges

12. Stir-fry evenly, simmer for about ten minutes, the potatoes are just cooked
