Braised Prawns

1. Prepare half a catty of chilled green prawns, use scissors to cut off the prawn silk, use a toothpick to pick out the prawn thread, clean it for later use!

2. Prepare slices of ginger and garlic, put the braised sauce, sugar, pepper, starch, water, and cooking wine in a small bowl and stir well for later use!

Tips:
For children, it is recommended to put rock sugar instead of white sugar and stir fry!
