Braised Prawns

1. First remove the shrimp thread and shrimp feet

2. Wash the prepared green pepper, onion, parsley and set aside

3. All the ingredients are ready to be heated

4. Put the prawns in an oil-free pot and let the water dry

Tips:

Stir the water dry before frying, which is good for frying, it will not let the water out quickly, so that the shrimp will become stewed without being cooked in oil.
