Braised Prawns

Lay and wash, cut off the prawn gun and shrimp silk, prawn feet, cut along the spine, remove the shrimp string, (cut the spine is easy to taste) garlic slices, green onions into small sections, ginger

Put the oil in the wok, add the green onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant. Add the prawns and fry them on a low fire to make the shrimps red

On the other side of frying, tap the shrimp head lightly with a spoon to make sure the shrimp oil flows out

Add the cooking wine, soy sauce, pepper, and taste until the soup is less.
Tips:
Use soy sauce to taste, no need to add salt
