Braised Prawns in Double Sauce

Wash the prawns and remove the shrimp thread

Then add green onion and ginger cooking wine and marinate for 10 minutes

Pour the right amount of oil into the pan and fry until crispy

Scoop up the fried prawns and set aside
5.
Pour out the excess oil and use the remaining oil in the pot to saute the ginger slices
6.
Add shrimp, add some boiling water and squeeze into tomato sauce
7.
Add oyster sauce, cover and simmer until the juice is collected, stir in the middle
8.
Just add June fresh sauce before serving
