Braised Quail Eggs

Boil the spices with water, turn to low heat and keep warm for later use

Pour quail eggs into a pot of cold water and boil

Tips:
1. A part of the old brine was added when I was brine, if there is none, you can not add it;
2. When boiling quail eggs, use a pot under cold water. After boiling, turn to low heat and cook for a few minutes to turn off the heat. Simmer for about ten minutes, the quail eggs are almost cooked;
3. When boiling quail eggs, add a little salt to the water so that the quail eggs will not break easily;
4. Soak the boiled quail eggs in cold water so that it is easier to peel;
5. Don't put the marinated quail eggs out of the pot right away, soak them for a few hours, the taste will be better.
