Braised Radish with Fish Belly

Clean the fish belly.

Add ginger, cooking wine, pepper, cornstarch, light soy sauce, and salt to remove the smell.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the marinated fish pieces and fry them until golden brown on both sides, shovel them aside.

Peel the radish and cut into thick filaments.

Put the shredded radish in a frying pan, stir-fry, add salt and fry until soft.

Add in water and cook for a while.

Add the fried fish pieces and simmer over low heat.

Stew until the radish is delicious.
9.
Add some coriander to serve.
