Braised radish with fish belly is not very popular, but it is a very sweet and delicious dish.
The belly of the carp is the part of the carp that is close to the belly, relative to the head, tail and other parts of the fish, "sucking meat" (Cantonese, meaning that every bite is clean meat)

Braised Radish with Fish Belly

1. Clean the fish belly.
