Braised Radish with Oyster King Tofu

Peel the white radish, cut into pieces with a hob, add water and boil for 15 minutes. (Add appropriate amount of sugar when cooking radishes)

Soak the cooked radishes in cold water for about 20 minutes.

Fry tofu until golden on both sides.
4.
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan, add chopped green onion and stir fry with oil.
5.
Add radish and tofu, add some soy sauce and stir fry.
