Braised Rapeseed with Mushrooms

Wash the shiitake mushrooms and remove the stalks.

Make a cross knife on the surface and cook it in a pot.

Add water and salt to another pot, add the washed rapeseed to boil.

Coat the hot rapeseed evenly.

The starch is mixed with water to make a paste.

Pour proper amount of water into the wok.

Add salt and mix thoroughly.

Pour in oyster sauce and soy sauce.
9.
Pour in the hot shiitake mushrooms.
10.
Add sugar and pepper.
11.
Pour in the adjusted water to thicken the starch and it will be out of the pot.
12.
The prepared shiitake mushrooms can be evenly packed into the plate.
