Braised Red Head Dried Fish

Prepare green onions, ginger, garlic, and peppers.

Soak the dried red head fish in clear water for 3-4 hours in advance to reach the hardness you like.

Tips:
Dried fish has its own saltiness, so add a little less when adding salt.
