Braised Ribs
1.
Boil water in the pot and add the ribs. Cook the ribs for 2 minutes after boiling
2.
Take it out and control the moisture
3.
Prepare accessories: green onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, star anise, bay leaves, cinnamon. There is also rock candy for frying sugar color
4.
Add oil to the pot, and don’t add rock sugar to the oil. Heat on a small fire until the rock sugar zooms into yellow bubbles
5.
Pour in the dried ribs and color them. Stir fry for a while
6.
Add the freshly prepared green onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, star anise, bay leaves, and cinnamon. Continue to stir fry
7.
Add a little cooking wine, and then a little soy sauce to mix ~
8.
Add a little less soy sauce to adjust the flavor!
9.
Add boiled water, no more ribs!
10.
I used a pressure cooker to save time
11.
Bring to high heat until the pressure cooker is gassing, turn to low heat and cook for 13 minutes. Wait for the pressure cooker to cool naturally before opening the lid~
12.
Pour into the pot just now to collect the juice, add a little salt when it is almost done, chicken essence
13.
Put some sesame seeds out of the pot
Tips:
When I first bought the ribs, I soaked them in cold water for two hours to soak the blood inside!
