Braised pork ribs is a home-cooked dish that everyone loves, not only children and adults, but also love it. Every family has their own family taste. This is the taste of my husband. The addition of ketchup is more attractive in color and richer in taste.

Braised Ribs

1. After the ribs are cleaned, let them boil in a pot of water for 5 minutes to remove the blood foam; cut the green onion into sections, and chop the ginger quickly

2. Rinse the cooked ribs with water; add oil to the wok, then add pepper, star anise and sugar

3. Stir-fry with sugar until it becomes brown, then add ribs, green onion and ginger; add tomato sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and cooking wine

4. Add water to the ribs, boil over high heat and simmer slowly until the ribs are crispy and delicious. Add salt about 10 minutes before serving

Tips:

1. When frying sugar, if you are afraid that you can't control the heat, turn on a small fire and boil it slowly;
2. Add a spoonful of tomato sauce to make the ribs more flavorful.
