Braised Ribs

After the ribs are cleaned, let them boil in a pot of water for 5 minutes to remove the blood foam; cut the green onion into sections, and chop the ginger quickly

Rinse the cooked ribs with water; add oil to the wok, then add pepper, star anise and sugar

Stir-fry with sugar until it becomes brown, then add ribs, green onion and ginger; add tomato sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and cooking wine

Add water to the ribs, boil over high heat and simmer slowly until the ribs are crispy and delicious. Add salt about 10 minutes before serving
Tips:
1. When frying sugar, if you are afraid that you can't control the heat, turn on a small fire and boil it slowly;
2. Add a spoonful of tomato sauce to make the ribs more flavorful.
