Braised Ribs

Rib ribs blanched 5 mature and drained for later use

Stir fried ginger slices and peppercorns for 5 minutes in light oil, stir fry for 3 minutes

Add old soy sauce cooking wine, rock sugar, chaotian pepper, a little water, turn off the low heat and cover the pot for 20 minutes

Open the lid and turn to high heat to collect the juice and start the pot

Tips:
Pay attention to the amount of water when it is stuffy to prevent dry pot
