Braised in soy sauce is really my favorite!
I can eat two bowls of rice with this soup~

Braised Ribs

1. Wash the ribs and blanch them in boiling water to remove

2. Cut green onion, slice ginger, smash garlic

3. Put oil in the pot, put sugar after the oil is hot

4. Burn to saccharification

5. Add the ribs and stir fry until they are colored

6. Add onion, ginger, garlic and other condiments

7. Add light soy sauce and cooking wine and continue to stir fry

8. Add in hot water, the ribs are not over, continue to cook on low heat

9. Cook until the ribs are soft and the soup thickens.

10. Sprinkle with chopped green onion, spread coriander, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds

11. Is it very appetizing~
