Braised Ribs

Prepare the required materials

Wash the ribs and blanch them in boiling water to remove blood

Take out the ribs and rinse with water and set aside

From the frying pan, add 20 grams of sugar, and fry the sugar color

Fry until the sugar melts and turn into a caramel color, pour in the ribs and stir fry for 2 minutes

Then add star anise, bay leaves, pepper, hawthorn slices, cinnamon, dried chili, and ginger

After stir-frying the aroma, add June braised soy sauce and water, reduce the heat to a low heat and cook for 40 minutes

Tips:
Be careful when frying the sugar color, be sure to use a low heat, can not fry over, it will have a bitter taste after frying.
