Braised Ribs

Prepare the ingredients, as shown above; (cooking wine and vinegar in a bowl)

Tips:
1. Ribs are best for ribs;
2. Barbecue powder can also be replaced by five-spice powder, white pepper powder, and Chinese pepper powder;
