This braised rice is in the dialect of the hometown. There is no braising procedure. It just mixes the side dishes and rice and stir-fry a few times to make it more like fried rice. Braised rice is simple but nutritious, so that children who are usually picky eaters can eat meat and vegetables unknowingly πŸ˜€"

Ingredients

Braised Rice with Pork and Pickles

1. Group photo of raw materials

2. Heat up a wok, put a little oil on high heat, add the chopped pork, and fry until slightly golden brown. Turn to low heat and fry for another minute or two to force out the oil and make the meat more fragrant.

3. Add long beans and fry them

4. Add chopped pickles, stir-fry until fragrant

5. Add cooked peanuts to the pickles and stir fry a few times

6. Put the fried meat and long beans into the pot together

7. Add the rice, mix well, stir fry a few more times, turn off the heat, and finish.
