Braised Rice with Pork Belly and Beans

Prepare the ingredients, peel off the skins, wash them, and cut all the ingredients into cubes

Heat the wok, put an appropriate amount of salad oil, put in the diced pork belly and stir-fry to get the oil, add cooking wine, soy sauce, and pepper to taste

Put in diced onion, diced potatoes, and diced carrots and stir fry a few times, then pour the diced beans and stir-fry evenly

Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, and appropriate amount of salt, stir fry evenly and turn off the heat

Wash the rice and put it in the pot, pour the pork belly and beans together, add appropriate amount of water, and simmer the amount of rice.

Optional pressure for 15-20 minutes, time to release pressure
