Braised Rice with Pork Ribs and Mixed Vegetables

Fresh ribs, chop into small pieces.

Soak in cooking wine for 1 hour, changing the water 2 to 3 times in between.

Carrots, potatoes, green beans, dried shiitake mushrooms are prepared.

Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in advance, divide each into four, cut carrots and potatoes, wash and drain green beans.

Wash the prepared rice and glutinous rice for later use.

Pour edible oil into the wok and add shredded ginger.

Stir-fry the scented ribs.

Slowly fry the ribs over medium and small fire.

When frying the ribs, prepare the sauce. Take a small bowl, add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, pepper, salt and water for soaking shiitake mushrooms, and mix thoroughly.

Pour in the sauce when the ribs are fried until two yellow and brown.

Simmer for 2 minutes and add carrots, potatoes and mushrooms.

After stir-frying, add the washed rice.

Stir-fry evenly until the sauce is smeared on each grain.

Turn off the heat, sprinkle in green beans and mix well.

Pour all the ingredients that have been fried in the pot into the rice cooker, and add the usual amount of water for cooking.

Put it into the rice cooker, cover the pot, and choose braised rice.

Open the lid after the braising, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.

Stir evenly, and you can enjoy it in a bowl.
Tips:
1: Spare ribs, can also be replaced with chicken, beef, or sausage, bacon.
2: Remember, remember, the amount of water in the stewed rice must not be added too much, otherwise it will not be the stewed rice, but the porridge.
3: Green beans are easier to cook, so put them in the pot at the end.
