Braised Rice with Potato Ribs

Boil the ribs in a pot under cold water and remove

Cut potatoes and carrots into small pieces, slice ginger and garlic, and wash cinnamon

Heat oil in a pot, add ginger garlic and cinnamon until fragrant

Close the lid and select the fine cooking of the rice cooking function. The time is about 25 minutes.
