Usually the rice cooker used to cook pork ribs braised rice basically has to repeat the procedure twice, and sometimes the ribs do not bite badly. This time the braised rice cooked in the Midea AH cooker took only 25 minutes, and the ribs stewed very badly. And the rice is braised quite fragrant and delicious, very delicious~~~

Braised Rice with Potato Ribs

1. Materials ready

2. Boil the ribs in a pot under cold water and remove

3. Cut potatoes and carrots into small pieces, slice ginger and garlic, and wash cinnamon

4. Heat oil in a pot, add ginger garlic and cinnamon until fragrant

5. Then add the ribs and stir fry

6. Stir-fry the water in the spare ribs and then add light soy sauce and cooking wine to cook the flavor

7. Then add potatoes and carrots, stir fry evenly and turn off the heat

8. Wash the rice, put it in the Midea AH pot, and pour it with the same water that you usually cook.

9. Then pour the fried potato ribs together with the sauce into the Midea AH pot liner

10. Close the lid and select the fine cooking of the rice cooking function. The time is about 25 minutes.

11. After the procedure is over, pour in sesame oil, sprinkle in chopped green onion and mix well.
