This braised rice is quite simple. Wash all the raw materials and throw them into the rice cooker together. Turn on the key and leave it alone. Add the ingredients and seasonings and just wait to eat.

Ingredients

Braised Rice with Potato Sauce

1. The washed rice is set aside.

2. Cut potatoes, carrots, and onions into pieces.

3. Sliced bacon and sausage.

4. Add appropriate amount of water for cooking rice to the rice, and pour the vegetables into the pot.

5. Spread the bacon and sausages flat on the top of the dish, cover the pot and press the cooking button.

6. When the cooking process is over, top with the claypot rice, stir evenly with the sauce and start eating

Tips:

If there is no claypot rice sauce, just use light soy oyster sauce, add sugar, add some water and boil until it reaches the restricted area, stir evenly. The water used for cooking rice is the same as usual for cooking rice. Just the same amount, don’t put too much water, too much water and the rice is too soft to taste.
