Braised Rice with Potatoes and Bacon

Wash potatoes and carrots and peel them off, soak the bacon with rice-cleaning water, and wash them with a kitchen brush; cut the peeled carrots

Peeled potatoes, diced

Washed bacon, diced

Put a small amount of oil in the pot to heat up, put the bacon in the pot and stir fry

Pour the diced carrots and diced potatoes into the pot and stir fry for 30 seconds, set aside

After washing the rice, soak it in clean water for 30 minutes; put the soaked rice in a rice cooker

Pour the fried bacon, potatoes and carrots into the rice cooker

Add an appropriate amount of water (the water is slightly more than usual when cooking rice) and press the cooking button

When the "cooking" button jumps to the "keep warm" button, simmer for about 20 minutes
10.
Break up the rice, serve it out, and eat it
Tips:
1. If the bacon tastes weaker, you can add some salt;
2. If the bacon tastes salty, soak it for a while in advance.
