Braised Rice with Sausage and Mixed Vegetables

Prepare the ingredients, soak dried shiitake mushrooms, dice sausages and carrots.

Heat oil in a pan, fry the shiitake mushrooms and sausage.

Add two tablespoons of Camellia Ointment and stir evenly and turn off the heat.

Add the right amount of rice and water to the rice cooker. The amount of water should be less than usual for cooking.

Put the fried shiitake mushrooms and sausages into the rice cooker, then add corn and carrots, and press the cooking button.

When the cooking is almost done for the last 2 minutes, add the blanched peas, close the lid to complete the cooking process and simmer for a few minutes.

After simmering, mix well with a rice spoon and serve.
Tips:
The ointment tastes just right, so there is no need to add salt. If there is no ointment, just add 2 spoons of oyster sauce to replace it. Peas are easy to ripen. Put them in too early and simmer them will become soft and yellow, so simmer them in the last 2 minutes.
