Braised Rice with Sprouts and Beans

Tips:
1. The soup of Mei Cai Kou Po is relatively salty, and the dried vegetables are also salty, so no salt is added
2. If the cowpea is unripe, continue to simmer for a while, it must be simmered. If the cowpea is raw, it will have toxins.
3. The soup and water volume of the pork with pickled vegetables should be controlled well, otherwise the rice will be sticky and cannot be divided into grains, which will affect the taste.
