Braised Saury

1. Go visceral and wash, cutting knife

2. Sprinkle with starch

3. Fry on both sides

4. Cut ingredients

5. Heat oil and stir-fry pork belly to get fat

6. Add green onion and ginger to fry until fragrant, add the fried fish,

7. Add appropriate amount of water, light soy sauce, cooking wine, vinegar, salt, sugar, and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat

8. The dried fish in the soup is also delicious

Tips:

You can add some radish in it and it's delicious
