Braised Saury

Wash the saury to clean the internal organs and other things, and then cut into evenly sized pieces for later use.

Cut the ginger, garlic, green onion, and millet pepper into uniform shapes and set aside.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add the saury after heating, and spread it evenly.

Turn yellow on one side and fry on the other side. Until both sides are zoomed yellow.

Add appropriate amount of water to stew, add light soy sauce, salt, millet pepper, minced ginger, and minced garlic to season until cooked.

Finally, put it on the plate and braise it in brown sauce
7.
Sprinkle chopped green onions at the end.
Tips:
Don't make the fire too big to prevent the fish from frying.
