Braised Saury

Saury, spring onions, ginger, red pepper (you can leave it if you don’t eat spicy)

Cut the ingredients and set aside for later use

Fry the fish first, heat the oil and then put it in the pan. Consider the size of the pan and the serving plate, cut the fish into 2 sections

After frying on both sides, add shredded ginger on the side and stir in a little

Pour in red wine, simmer on low heat, then pour in a few drops of light soy sauce, add chili and green onion

Boil on high heat for about a minute to serve, serve on a plate, and start to eat
Tips:
Avoid use for patients with liver cirrhosis, saury + jujube (fresh): it is painful to the waist and abdomen, do not eat together
