Braised Saury

Prepare ingredients. Clean the saury, use a knife to gently scrape off the black film, and cut into small pieces.

Add green onions, ginger, 1 spoon of cooking wine, a little pepper, and a little salt to marinate for ten minutes.

Cut the red and green pepper into small pieces, and cut the green onion, ginger, garlic, and dried chili into small pieces.

Warm oil in a wok, add green onions and ginger to stir up the aroma.

Add pepper, sugar, balsamic vinegar, cooking wine, light soy sauce, a little dark soy sauce, a little salt, and a little soup to bring to a boil.
