Grilled sea cucumber with green onion is a classic in Shandong cuisine. This dish is only available during the holidays. Every time I use June fresh special soy sauce and braised soy sauce, because June fresh has a pure taste and bright color;
When I received the soy sauce this time, it was the deadline for the recipe. Fortunately, there were sea cucumbers that were distributed at home, so I immediately used it to make this dish.

2. Put clear water in the pot, add a slice of Huadiao wine, green onions, and ginger. When the water is warm, add the sea cucumber to a boil, cook for a while and remove it for use.

3. Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the wok, add ginger slices when it is warm, and then add green onions

4. Fry until the green onions basically turn yellow, control the oil and remove

7. Add oyster sauce, sugar, and some water, boil it for a while

10. Add the scallions, soak all the scallions in the soup, drizzle with a little scallion oil, and serve. Scallion oil is prepared in step 4

Tips:

Sea cucumbers are sent out in advance and put in the refrigerator. They are boiled to get rid of fishy. Sea cucumbers have no taste, but the taste comes from the soup.
