Braised Sea Cucumber

Put clear water in the pot, add a slice of Huadiao wine, green onions, and ginger. When the water is warm, add the sea cucumber to a boil, cook for a while and remove it for use.

Tips:
Sea cucumbers are sent out in advance and put in the refrigerator. They are boiled to get rid of fishy. Sea cucumbers have no taste, but the taste comes from the soup.
