Sea Cucumber Mushroom Soup

Prepare the ingredients, remove the roots of the mushrooms, tear apart and wash

Sliced sea cucumber, sliced carrot

Add water to a pot and bring to a boil, add the white jade mushrooms and crab mushrooms, blanch them thoroughly and remove them for later

Add water to a pot and bring to a boil. Add cooking wine and 2 slices of ginger. Add sea cucumbers and scald them thoroughly.

Add chicken broth to the pot and bring to a boil

Add ginger slices, white jade mushrooms and crab-flavored mushrooms, boil for 4-5 minutes

Add carrot slices, sea cucumber, and bring to a boil

Cook for 2-3 minutes, add white pepper, salt, stir well, turn off the heat, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve
Tips:
If you don’t have chicken broth, you can use Gumbo.
