Braised Sea Cucumber

Two dried sea cucumbers soaked well, just choose sea cucumbers soaked to this degree.

Prepare the ingredients, cut the green onions in half, and then cut a piece of ginger

Put the peanut oil, put the green onions, coriander, and ginger into it and sauté until the green onions turn golden brown. Take these out and don’t use them. Keep the oil and don’t move.

Put the sea cucumber into the pot, pour the chicken broth into the pot (if you don’t have it, use boiled water, the taste will not be bad), sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and magnified green onions. Simmer for five minutes, then add the water to the starch. Slowly pour it into the pot and let it collect the juice

Tips:
There are three tips: 1. It is recommended not to put too much oil, it is almost the same. why? 1. Eating too much oil is not healthy; 2. If you make too much oil, you will be greasy.
2. Don't soak the sea cucumber too much.
3. There is no need to add salt to this dish, just add sugar to neutralize it.
