Braised Sea Cucumber
1.
Cut the water-fat sea cucumber into sections or shreds, according to personal preference. Peel and slice carrots. Take the white part of the whole scallion and cut into one-finger-long scallions
2.
Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the pot and heat it up. Add scallions and turn off the heat to make scallion oil. Turn the green onions every minute during the cooking process. When the green onions are all browned, remove them
3.
Put the scallion sauce in the pot, add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, a small bowl of water, and black pepper to a boil, add the sea cucumber, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Carrot slices blanched in boiling water
4.
Arrange the cooked sea cucumber and blanched carrot slices on a plate
5.
Bring the sea cucumber soup to a boil in a pot. Use a little water to dissolve the starch and pour it in. When the soup becomes thick, turn off the heat. Pour the soup evenly on the ingredients in the plate
6.
The grilled sea cucumber with green onion is finished
Tips:
Sea cucumbers must be fully delivered, otherwise they won’t be able to bite. Generally, dried sea cucumbers need to be soaked in clean water for one day, boiled for five minutes, and then replaced with clear water. Repeat this way for five or six rounds before it is ready.
