Braised Shrimp in Oil

The raw materials are shown in the picture: shrimp, fresh ginger, green onions, cooking wine, fresh shellfish.

Cut from the back of the shrimp and remove the shrimp thread.

Add salt, sugar, cooking wine, fresh shellfish, ginger slices to the shrimp, and marinate for 30 minutes

Put the shallots in the wok and sauté until fragrant.

Pour the shrimp and the marinated sauce into the wok and simmer until the soup is dry and ready to be served.
Tips:
Cut from the back of the shrimp, in addition to removing the shrimp thread, it is easier to taste when marinated.
