It's the fourth day of the National Day holiday. While the children are at home, I simply cooked a few dishes and let them alleviate their greed! "

Braised Shrimp in Tomato Sauce

1. First cut the green onion, garlic and millet pepper into froth, then cut a few slices of fresh ginger, and cut coriander into froth for later use.

2. Blanch the tomatoes with boiling water, peel them and cut them into froth, put them in a bowl with tomato sauce, oil consumption, and a little bit of flavour, add a little water and mix thoroughly for later use.

3. After washing the fresh shrimp, open the back and pick out the shrimp thread for later use.

4. Heat a pan with cold oil, add sliced ginger, green onion garlic, and millet pepper to fry until fragrant.

5. Add the shrimps and stir fry for a while, then add a bowl of juice and stir fry for two or three minutes.

6. When the juice is almost collected, add coriander froth and a little MSG to stop the fire.

7. This is the finished product.

8. By the way, I made another hard dish that the two kids love to eat, ha ha.

Tips:

There is a child in my family who doesn't eat ginger, so I cut it into slices. In fact, it will taste better if it can be cut into foam.
