Braised Shrimp with Green Onions

Change the scallions to the pan with cold oil.

Scatter the garlic slightly over low heat.
3.
Continue to fry on low heat until the garlic tastes out, but be careful not to burn too much.

Soak the washed prawns in fine salt water and put them in the pot.
5.
Add soy sauce cooking wine to simmer.
6.
Stew until the broth is just about to be collected before it can be out of the pot.
Tips:
After the soup is harvested, the color of the shrimp will be much brighter.
