Braised Small Potatoes

Peel and wash the small potatoes, cut appropriately and set aside

Chives knotted, seasoning set aside

Heat oil in a cold pan, and stir-fry potatoes under the oil until all sides are browned

Add more dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and seasoning, sauté scallion, ginger and garlic, add water, and more for potatoes.

Tips:
Potatoes must be fried thoroughly so that the starch will not be rotten after cooking for a long time. Don't stir fry in the middle, it will be rotten. This dish is the favorite of babies and husbands.
