Braised Small Yellow Croaker

Clean the small yellow croaker, add salt and cooking wine and marinate for 10 minutes.

The onion, ginger, and garlic are ready.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add small yellow croaker and fry.

Flip and fry until golden brown.

Add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fragrant.

Pour in boiling water, add cooking wine and light soy sauce and cook for 10 minutes.

Season with salt and remove.
