Braised Small Yellow Croaker in Korean Spicy Sauce

Clean up yellow croaker

Coat both sides with a layer of starch evenly

Add oil to the pan and heat it up, add yellow croaker to fry both sides to make golden brown, serve it out and set aside

Add green onion, ginger, garlic, pepper and stir fry until fragrant

Stir in the Korean chili sauce

Add yellow croaker, drizzle in cooking wine, rice vinegar, add proper amount of boiling water, salt, soy sauce, sugar, boil on high heat, change to medium and small fire

When a little broth is left after cooking, put the yellow croaker out of the dish

Pour a little water starch into the soup and heat it until thick

Pour on the yellow croaker, sprinkle with coriander
Tips:
Use high heat when frying fish, medium and small heat when cooking
