Braised Snow Swallow and Snow Lotus Seed in Coconut Milk

Soak the snow swallows and snow lotus seeds in pure water for 8 hours in advance, and change the water in between. This is soaked.

Put the snow swallows and snow lotus seeds in a bowl and put them in a steamer to boil and steam for half an hour.

Prepare coconut milk.

After steaming for half an hour, add coconut milk and rock sugar, and steam for another 10 minutes.

Put the medlar before serving.
