Peach Gum Apple Taro Balls

1. Prepare the ingredients; taro balls, peach gum, snow swallows, apples and goji berries

2. Soak the peach gum and snow swallow one night in advance, pick up the impurities, put them in a pot, and add about 800 ml of water.

3. Put the pot on the stove, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat and continue to simmer for about 30 minutes, until the glue is thick, pour in the taro balls and boil with a little water.

4. Bring to a boil again, the taro balls float up, pour the diced apples into the pot and cook for 1-2 minutes to soften the apples.

Tips:

Put the wolfberry last, because the taste is bad after cooking for a long time.
